I hate hotels.com and I hate the sleeping

I just hate the customer service there I hate the people there they're rude they borrowed me for no reason they didn't even tell me why I was on the do not rent to this they never even informed me of what the situation went was and when was the situation they just tell me I couldn't stay there and kicked me out and then I couldn't even get another room so I had to sleep outside because I have to wait days before I can even get my money back on my card it just was a horrible experience

The outside looks nice with lots of flowers. The hotel is an old Baymont that has been poorly remodeled. The entire building sloped towards the parking and the rooms and breakfast room slope terribly. The shower pan was old and filthy with paint splatters in it. The very heavy new glass shower door fell on me because the contractor failed to secure it at the top. The breakfast was beyond horrible. Nothing like other Sleep Inn’s we have stayed in, such as the one in Jacksonville, IL. This motel charged way too much for the terrible shape it is in. The 7 year motel in Jacksonville was so much better. I am terribly

A perfect hotel for a visit to see my son and explore the area. It is clean with quick access to the university and the highway. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast buffet was typical.

We stayed at Sleep Inn While on the way to Chicago… we got a late start from St. Louis… And Champaign was a little over halfway… Honestly, the bed we slept in at Sleep Inn was nicer and more comfortable, supportive… and probably newer than the bed we slept in at the Hilton/Doubletree Magnificent Mile in Chicago… clean comfortable room… plus, the bathroom was spotless… A very well-maintained hotel… And a better price than most in the area… Thanks!

We were told to wait for the shift change upon arrival rather than getting checked in right away, after about 5-10 minutes, we were checked in. Tv barely worked, bed felt like it had bed bugs, room smelled like smoke despite the smoke free property, and when we tried to have breakfast it was all gone at 9am still open but food all gone. I guess you get what you pay for, it was a place to sleep and that’s what we needed.

The best place I have ever stayed during any of my travels. The check-in was so simple and the clerk (who was the owner) was so friendly and kind. Then the room - FANTASTIC! Cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and the bed was very comfortable. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay here. In fact I will probably make the Sleep Inn my go to hotel whenever I am able.

At Sleep Inn, the check-in was very easy, and I was pleased to receive a room not far from the entrance. The room was clean & neat, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for an overnight stay. Checkout was also easy, and the cleaning crew was courteous and gave me plenty of time to clear out.
