Room very clean, desk clerk polite and respectful. Room too hot on arrival had to run air conditioning to cool it. Nothing on breakfast bar except fruit, juice, milk and cereal at 7:00

I hate hotels.com and I hate the sleeping

I just hate the customer service there I hate the people there they're rude they borrowed me for no reason they didn't even tell me why I was on the do not rent to this they never even informed me of what the situation went was and when was the situation they just tell me I couldn't stay there and kicked me out and then I couldn't even get another room so I had to sleep outside because I have to wait days before I can even get my money back on my card it just was a horrible experience
