Room with the Hot Tub

The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, especially the girl with the red hair who seem to be there every time we needed something from the front desk! Grandma, mom, and granddaughter all shared a room with the hot tub which was clean and extremely relaxing! We absolutely loved our stay. It was about 20 minutes from the Concord Mall which was huge and we had a great day shopping.

This is a very clean hotel. Room was comfy, bathtub, fridge and microwave. Staff was very friendly. A really good variety for breakfast. The only fault with breakfast is all items weren’t out by 6 AM. This hotel is also very walkable to shopping, restaurants and convenience stores. I would most definitely stay at this property if I was in the area again.

Everyone there was incredibly accommodating. They were always welcoming guests with genuine warmth. Whenever there was an issue, they fixed it immediately. The beds were very uncomfortable, and I got little sleep. It was odd to find a Jacuzzi tub in the kitchenette, but that alleviated lots of aches and pains. Several amenities I was not expecting, like a water fountain for water bottles, including a seltzer water fountain, 24-hour free coffee/tea bar. Monday and Tuesday's wine and pizza are hosted for free. If it were not for the beds, I would return.

The morning breakfast was wonderful!! Easy walk to many restaurants. Staff seemed really busy with hotel full for the Loch Norman Highland Games but were able to wait on us in an efficient manner. Will stay again.

Needs new renovation and update on furniture!

The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows. The television was not working properly and front desk man didn’t know how to fix it. The swimming pool was small ; ice cold and the chlorine was extremely strong, burning our eye’s & throats. Breakfast was mediocre and the juice was not good. Parking lot is very tight.

Overall a decent place to stay.

Clean. Okay breakfast. Friendly staff. Our AC was not working correctly our last night of our 3-day stay. Cool enough outdoors it didn’t affect us that night. We informed them at checkout. Room 517. Candy wrappers from a previous guest were on the floor behind the TV. Pool was small but nice for the kids. Of note, if you don’t want interstate noise, ask to have your room away from the interstate. We didn’t think about that. We could hear the traffic at times during the night. Overall a nice place to stay. Just take note of these small things.
