Everything was great. Room was clean, smelled good, lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Pool was clean. Staff was attentive. Nice breakfast selections and buffet staff was very nice. Loved the new fire pit!

Room had pluses and minuses. Plus was good toilet and sink. Good lighting. Everything else was pretty poor. Huge gap between room door and hallway - not secure + noisy. Rest of bathroom was terrible - 3/4 inch caulk around all joints. "New" A/C unit only affect bedroom - no heating / cooling in bathroom & living area. Noisy overall. Never felt safe there.

I didn't receive the two queen room I booked but a king with a sofa bed. Upon asking, I was told no other rooms were available. The room rate for that night also went down from the time of booking and I ended up paying about $60 more than the current rate.

The staff was very friendly and the room was good. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. The bathroom was clean, a little outdated and looked like the tub/shower had been given the "landlord special" for caulking but again, it was clean so that's most important. The breakfast in the morning had an okay variety for a free breakfast and the dining room was spacious. I didn't go to the pool but the outdoor courtyard was nice! We (and a few others who checked in after us) did have an issue with parking. They completely ran out of parking spaces since they were fully booked. We were told to park in a loading zone area and that worked for us. Someone else pulled their vehicle into the landscaping. I did hear suggestions being made to park overnight at the restaurant next door and I don't know if that's a great idea unless there's an agreement with the restaurant. Other than the limited parking, we were fully satisfied with our stay here and I would stay at this site again.
