There wont be a next time

Room was too dirty. First night I was unable to get hot water out of the shower. The lady at the front desk had a very smart mouth and bad attitude.

NOT GOOD!!!!!

The room was small we needed extra towels we never received them we went to use the microwave in the lobby and there were no utensils I don’t know what type of pillows they use but they were very very small stemmed like a decorative pillow and when we turned on the air or heat there was a smell coming from the unit or it triggered a smell from the carpet the tub needed to be resealed the water did get very hot and the shower felt good…all though we loved our stay in charlotte,nc WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THE RADDISON HOTEL I WILL PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR MORE COMFORT!!!! 😞

There were several homeless people wondering around near the property. The back parking lot looked abandoned and unkept.

This hotel was not clean and is in a bad area. Stains on lobby couches, rooms smelling bad and didn’t feel clean, no water available to purchase at front desk, AC going on and off all night, and did not feel safe in our room. Sign when checking in states hotel is not for people that live within a mile of hotel which gives off motel vibes and is unlikely that the sign is really a deterrent. Other patrons that we encountered seemed off. We were there for only 7 hours due to flight issues, but could never stay here again. Positives are that we didn’t see any bugs and the staff was friendly including Carl the shuttle guy. We told them earlier that we needed a shuttle and they wrote our name down so that made things easier when we woke up. Also they gave us toothbrush/toothpaste when we forgot ours. Hotel was around $160 which seems absurd for the quality. It was rated a 7/10, and I thought how bad can it be but I realized that I am not a 7/10 hotel type of person.

The mattress had blood stains on it. It had been flipped over. There was no toiletries in the bathroom no shampoo, no lotion no soap. The people at the front desk were courteous

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The property is run down and in serious need of renovation. The paint is peeling everywhere, and there are holes in the walls and ceiling. The carpets are dirty and outdated, making the entire place feel grimy and uncomfortable. My room had dirty sheets, which was absolutely unacceptable. The lobby's sofa was filthy, adding to the overall unclean atmosphere. To make matters worse, there was a pervasive bad smell throughout the hotel. Despite the nice front desk staff, their friendliness couldn't make up for the hotel's poor condition and the unsafe neighborhood it is located in. I would not recommend this hotel.
