Overall is good, the evening staff needs to be more welcoming, greet the guests instead of just saying “ are you checking in “. The restroom was clean but we need linens for the sofa bed , there weren’t enough towels for all of us and there wasn’t any box of tissue paper. The morning staff was nice, the lady at the front desk was very nice and courteous. It is a hotel but why allow people to stay outside at the front of the hotel sitting there talking and drinking at midnight when people are trying to sleep. Other than all those issues I think we can come back if we don’t have to deal with the noise people at midnight.

The check in was seamless. However, when I parked, it was in a poorly lit area and I interrupted a young couple having "relations" in their vehicle. Well, it was Friday night. I got to my room and was hit with the overwhelming smell of wet dog. It is a pet friendly location but honestly housekeeping should have kept up with it better. Late check in so no comment on check out or breakfast

Everything was fine one improvement would be the electric blinds didn't have a remote to close them. There was a very bright parking lot light that illuminated my hotel room and I needed to lower the shade but didn't have the ability so I hung a towel on the window. This was nothing compared to how nice everything else was!

Second time staying while traveling through. We have a cat and it can be difficult to find accommodations. They were very welcoming. Also room was clean no smells. Breakfast was excellent food was hot filled frequently. Will stay again when traveling through to Florida.
