We arrived for check-in at 4:30 pm, had an extended wait while the front desk clerk was on the phone, then another wait because our room was not ready - at 4:30 pm? Sign on the wall next to the front desk clearly says, Check-in 4:00 pm. The hotel seems to have long term residents and they give you a long list of "dos and don'ts" upon check-in which are just common sense things that made me wonder about who must be staying there that requires such a list. Our neighbors across the hall were incredibly loud and/or the walls are paper thin. The heating unit made a strange sound whenever it was running. The room itself was spacious, but I would not stay here again.

Family Trip

Staff was super friendl and accommodating. Our room was big enough for a family of 6 and we didn’t feel cramped. The breakfast was better than I was expecting. There’s only one elevator but it wasn’t too bad of a wait. Water was cold at 9pm but warm in the morning. We honestly really enjoyed staying there. Not too far from everything. Would definitely stay there again.

no hot tub

we picked this place because it was newly remodeled and was told it had a hot tub and heated pool. it is further away from our destination than we usually stay but came here for the tub. it was not operational. so we had to drive further each day to visit out daughter and did not have use of hot tub. we absolutely would not have strayed if we had known. the site should have notified people of such.

The toilet was stopped up, I had to wait 10min. for a plunger and after plunging for about 20min and pouring hot water into it, it still did not flush properly.

Hotel was comfortable-unfortunately our room was right next to the elevator and there was a gymnastics competition in town. Hallway was VERY noisy-doors slamming, kids running and screaming, people talking loudly. Not the hotel’s fault-but seems like there’s no soundproofing.
