The elevaitor wasn’t working, food were bad and we diced to leave the hotel a day before of what we supposed to and they haven issue any refund, stating that the third party is the one that need to address this. (They being playing the back and forth game with hotels.com for not issue the refund). I will not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel was pretty decent. The room was small but clean and updated. The hotel was clean and modern. Location was not perfect but was quiet. I do think it could have had a small refrigerator but we made it work. Staff were nice and helpful.

upon getting to our room the refrigerator did not work and we need that due to meds. the desk clerk changed our room and some of the lights didn't work and when the sink was on for brushing teeth it leaked all over the counter so had to keep a towel wrapped around it. The toilet was too low and you felt like you were sitting on the floor. Need more of a variety for breakfast. The one positive was the mirror w/ the lighting in the bathroom made it easy to see to put on make up.
