AC Hotel Chicago is my go to hotel when in Chicago due to its location and convenience with regards to parking (though no valet and parking cost is a bit high). Few hiccups with this trip but were not deal breakers.

Loved it! We wanted to experience chi town for one night and we got it! The bars manager was amazing! Always had a smile on his face! Good conversations! He made our 9th anniversary one to remember! Great breakfest very affordable! The staff was very helpful too! Comfortable bed and clean rooms! Didnt sleep well but when you are from a small quiet town that will happen!

Great service, great location, great stay.

Perfect location in the heart of Chicago! The room was spacious (although double beds were all that was available, preferred queens) with a fridge, although we missed an in-room microwave. The staff was super respectful, friendly, and helpful.
