Stay was horrible, the room was dirty the sheets were dirty, mattress was dirty. Ripped walls, dirty towels and ripped floor.

For what I paid I’ve stayed in way nicer places The place reeked of marijuana when it was supposed to be smoke free My room was dusty old and just falling apart! Don’t understand how it gets the ratings it does Never again!!

The walls were all damaged, the TV did not work-WHen I contacted the office, she woman came to fix it-said it was the internet-went to re-set the internet and never came back. The ice machine was broken, the water cooler in the dining area was GREEN! There were sex-workers coming out of the rooms and people smoking right outside my door. Terrible expereince.

It was great. I lost my key card twice i was given a new one both times. I would like to mention someone was at the desk each time i went whether it 9am or 2am. Staff is great. Quick easy check in and check out. Out of all the inconveniences i faced on my trip to Chicago, this hotel was NOT one of them. Wasn’t my first choice but will probably be on my list when i come back

Budget hotel in every way.

Truly budget no frills nothing but a bed place. Wi-fi not working, no soaps or shampoos in room unless you ask. Parking is okay. Bed comfortable, room clean.

Our room wreaked of cigarettes upon our arrival. There was no toilet paper, beds and bathroom covered in hair and other people’s bodily fluids. Left immediately. Would not recommend to an enemy.
