Mala experiencia con el hotel y el sercio pecimo

Me mudaron a 3 cuartos por que el primer cuarto jo tenia tv y el baño no servia el segundo cuarto no servia la tv y el baño se tapo de agua en fin los cuartos no estaban listos y aun asi nos hospedaron en ellos mal servicio malas practicas no lo recomiendo

The office is cute and inviting but the room was old fashion and needs revamping- pictures are misleading- tv didn't work, dirty towles, diluted shampoo and conditioner

Lacking the Basics

Room was booked as non-smoking and although signage indicated it was, the room smelled of smoke and there cigarette burns in the bathroom. Blankets on the beds had cigarette holes burned through them. No handles, bars, soap or shelves to put anything on in the shower. TV was next to useless ... It was a streaming TV but clearly the owners don't provide internet capable of supporting streaming TVs. The room was clean though.

The property was loud and did not feel welcoming. Another family tried to enter my room at 1:30am in the morning because they were given the same room. Then the manager knocked at the door asking how I entered the room and when I presented the key I received at the desk he apologized and explained that my stay had not been entered into their books. In the morning I had to wake the manager to drive us in the shuttle to the airport.

Cheapest motel I could find for our weekend in Chicago. Pros: decent location, free parking. Cons: in need of some serious room work. Bathroom door looked like someone had locked a dog inside that had absolutely scratched and chewed it up. Blind was missing a chunk out of it and I had to hang a piece of clothing over it so no one could look in. Thin blankets with cigarette burns. Tiny flat pillows. Shower leaked to the bathroom floor. Truly should not have cost that much to stay there. Overall, not the worst but just a place to lay your head.
