Friendly staff. Room was clean and well stocked. Did have to ask for some extra linens and the staff was really friendly and got them to us quickly. Overall a great stay. Continental breakfast was great to!

Hotel was poorly staffed and had inky ine working elevator for most of the time I was there. For the price I paid I expected better service. Won't be staying here again.

Had to book a last minute stay when our flight was canceled. Close to O’Hare, but the airport shuttle stops running at 10 pm. Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable-great pillows! Breakfast was good.
