Only 1 elevator was seemingly working so it took like 10 minutes every time you wanted to use one. People in the hallways were so noisy and slamming doors at all hours and the general look and appearance of the hotel seemed worse for wear. Definitely need to invest in some major renovations and upgrades.

Great hotel near to O-Hare airport. Facilities in hotel were great, rooms very comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Hotel close to shopping outlet and cinema, as well as having free shuttle to airport.

I was disappointed that parking was $30-$33 per night, that’s ridiculous! Then I was looking forward to getting into a jacuzzi only to find out there is only a cold pool.

Eating here is confusing. We though that the in house restaurant was always open. Nobody informed us it was just their breakfast place. It was just weird. We walked up to the hostess and said two please. She's like we closed at 11. At the time we were very confused! She never mentioned that it was breakfast so we ended up eating at Murray's which was okay. Murray's is owned by Bill Murray and his brother. It's themed after the film Caddyshack. That was Crown Plazas saving grace though! My advice is for Crown Plaza to fix their own in house eatery!

Very nice stay

The hotel was clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, fruits, and breads. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a great job.

Musty smell

Everything was good with the exception of the musty smell when I walked in the room. I thought maybe it was just my room but it was not. I stayed on the 12th floor and family stayed in the 10th floor when I walked into their room the musty smell was even stronger. The pool was nice and clean. Enjoyed the stay but they need to do something about that musty smell.

Great stay! Super convenient.

Super Fast check in and out. Easy access to Convention Center and surrounding business. Approximately 5 min walk to everything (Fashion outlet, Restaurant District), 10 min walk to CTA blue line Goes to o’Hare airport or downtown Chicago). Only con. Shuttle service (45 min wait) and bar service (15 min wait) slow.
