First room i had toilet leaked, second room i had the toilet was broken but i didnt complain because i didnt want to move rooms again and the toilet still functioned. Also maybe im just upity and have a nice bed at home, beds mafe my back hurt pretty bad. Pool was kind of gross and pretty cold. Still had a good time. Staff was great and super helpful

Property needs improvement the staff is friendly but the rooms are not super clean, the pillows are horrible and the tvs are outdated not even smart tvs. The breakfast is fairly good as they have an omlet station.

The Embassy Suites is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the convention center, dining options, and shopping—making it convenient not to have to rely on a car. However, I rated the property and condition 3 stars because only one set of elevators was operational throughout the weekend. Given the numerous events in the area, it was frustrating to wait 10-15 minutes just to get on an elevator when leaving my floor. I understand that repairs and parts can take time, but this is not the first time I've experienced this issue at this property.
