Bed was extremely uncomfortable. there was a plastic tarp(?) underneath the fitted sheet and it made sleeping on the bed so uncomfortable. the kitchen facilities available at the front desk were minimal and not really enough to cook any meals.

Air condition does not work then the next room I go into the refrigerator not working good so you know what I decided. Staff was rude, and very stand-off. Nothing was stocked in kitchen not even basics (cups, silverware or plates/bowls). I just think after traveling the last thing I should be doing is running back and forth to get simple things. Bathroom only had bar soap no shampoo, conditioner etc. Beds are uncomfortable with heavy, loud plastic mattress protectors. Breakfast was awful, I know it says FREE… it only consisted of granola bar type things. No cereal, bread, milk, juice or fruit. This was EXTREMELY disappointing for an extended stay.

HORRIBLE

Had a service animal and was threatened by employee and someone staying until they realized it was a service animal. If i could have got my money back I would have. Horrible experience

I must say I enjoyed staying at this location! It was very close to every where I needed to get to! The staff was so friendly! I had 1 issue with the upstairs guest; the kids was running back n fourth very disruptive and the staff took care of the complaint immediately and moved me to a different room no questions ask! I will definitely stay again!
