Very nice people on staff!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and professional- breakfast was nice quality for a free hotel buffet. Good coffee and cage free eggs and turkey sausage were highlights. And who doesn’t love cooking a waffle to order? Shower head was nice- ice machine at the end of the hall was a bonus. One of the bedside lamps was broken and looked shabby but the room was very clean and comfortable. Front lobby is nice as well Thanks y’all! You helped make my adventure in Chicago with a comfortable place to come back to after all the BBC walking!

The breakfast here was the best I've had in hotels I've stayed in. We enjoyed the variety each day and tons of options for everyone. Good coffee too! The staff was nothing but helpful from helping is unload on that busy street, to giving us recommendations for places to eat. Will be staying here again!
