NOT THE FRIENDLIEST HOTEL IN TOWN!!

Most of the staff at the front desk was rude and unengaging when we checked in or checked our bags or stopped by for questions We wanted to check in early but were told we would have to pay to do so…We have Never had this at a Hilton property! We were Not informed about AM complimentary coffee Or offered complimentary waters as Hilton members! The baggage checker was outright RUDE!
