Had the king bedroom for my solo trip and loved it! Spacious room, very modern, staff were so kind and lobby smelled amazing! Overall, Arlo made my first trip to Chicago so memorable and I would totally stay here again. Great price for a good area! The Bean was just a block away and I was across the street from the Nutella Cafe.

The AC in the room was sub par. Never got below 73. The mattress pad was waterproof/plastic so it was very hot and noisy. The water pressure in the shower was very high, almost ripped your face off. Great location. View of a building 5 ft from the window. Clean. Would not stay here again.

For $250 a night on a weeknight, they do not even provide free parking. When I was told that it would cost me $40 for parking anytime I drove anywhere in my car, I told them that I wanted to stay at a different hotel. They declined my request for even a partial a refund even though I had not even entered the room and had no intent to stay there. Definitely do not recommend.
