Overall, we had a very pleasant short stay. The room was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, with extra towels thoughtfully provided in the bathroom. Breakfast stood out as a highlight—well-presented, with a good variety, and the staff serving the breakfast area were incredibly polite and genuinely friendly, which made the morning start off on a positive note.

Staff was excellent during their internet cutting out. Made the most of a bad situation. Were kind and caring to everyone. Hotel is great- I love coming to the dance event because the hotel is super nice too.

The breakfast servers Bashkim and Floriberto greeted us every morning with big smiles and excellent service. The buffet was clean and bright. All the food was kept hot or cold; whatever was needed. The front desk clerks were always most helpful and friendly. My husband had a medical emergency on Sunday morning and the front desk associate had perfect recommendations for Newmed walk-in clinic. After his evaluation the MD on duty sent us to St Alexius which is the ER that the Hyatt employee told us to go to. We are pleased by such excellent service. The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is 5star!
