This is a great hotel! It is super secure and the entire hotel is just beautiful. It was very clean and the location was awesome! I would stay here again in a heart beat if I ever go back to Chicago.

The day bellhop had a terrific sense of humor. The evening Bellhop was extremely helpful in directing us to restaurants and local pubs that were patronized by local folks. The checkin/ checkout staff were business like not very welcoming but efficient.
