Quick efficient check in, waters upon check in, clean room, quiet and comfy sleep! Only issue was the remote for TV was not working that great maybe needed new batteries not sure. Also didn’t see an option for room service otherwise very pleased with our stay!

First but not last stay at this hotel!

Check in was quick and easy. The woman at the desk was pleasant, engaging, and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious, esp for a hotel in Chicago. The room was clean and nothing needed was not available. The area has plenty of walkable food options and parking felt safe and secure about a block away. On the way out a gentleman working at the bellstand saw me taking pictures of the hotel and he opened the ballroom to show off the beautiful space. It was very unexpected and appreciated. Pretty decent hotel. There is a restaurant in the lobby I didn't try but it looked very nice. Check out was quick and easy. The woman at the desk was also pleasant.

Nice, But Cold

The hotel is older, but it’s still nice. The staff was friendly enough. It was about 65 degrees out and the heat was shut down for the season. I woke up in the middle of the night in a cold room. I had to have them send up some extra blankets.

This is a good property for a quick stay. Nice and rustic look. Easily walkable to the magnificent mile. The main problem is they have daily resort fee which is ridiculous. This is not vegas or hawaii to apply resort fee, and neither its a resort. Also parking is 50$ per day, which seems very expensive
