Very nice hotel not too far from downtown Chicago. Friendly staff, shoutout to Amy, very helpful and kind. Very clean. Good amenities. Nice beds. Rooms are a little dark, could use better lighting. 5/5 stars, would stay again.

Up All Night Listening to a Dog Barking

When you stay at a nice place like the Sheraton you don't expect to have a dog barking all night in the room next door. If you allow dogs, put them in rooms away from regular guest rooms.

Running Naperville Trails Half? Hotel is walkable

Hotel lobby is nice and updated. My room was very outdated. towels were not soft , bed was average and whatever detergent is used did not smell so pleasant. All that said I paid $130 for a room. So value was worth it and it was clean, just a little old. small changes to linens would make it a much nicer stay

I called few times in advance to the hotel for microwave and I was given surety. But when I check in I was told sorry we are out. For 3 days stays they keep telling me , maybe tomorrow but it was not available for me.
