Good airport accoms

Nice easy accomodation at Christchurch airport. The shuttle always comes by quickly when you call and the rooms are always nice and quiet. I always book the queen beds so you don't get split king beds. Need to remember to bring sports gear and togs as this place has a good gym and pool and keep forgetting...

Excellent staff, clean rooms, really close to airport so if you are coming in late at night and you just want to relax in your room this place is it. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. One thing I wasn’t able to find was someplace to purchase bottled water. Maybe the tap water at the hotel is good to drink, I’m not sure.

This was a great place to stay before an early flight out. 24 hr shuttle and only a 5 minute drive to drop off at the airport. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Attention to detail

A contender for fast becoming our favorite place to stay in Christchurch. Unassuming from the outside, The Commodore offers so much more than your standard hotel, beautifully kept native gardens, ev chargers, tennis courts, indoor pool, spacious rooms with their mini courtyards or balconies and a personable restaurant that serves stand out meals. To top it off, the staff are excellent.

Great place to stay .

We arrived at Christchurch International Airport at about midnight and the hotel shuttle picked us when we rang them . Great comfortable room . Wish we had longer to enjoy it . The shuttle returned us to the airport the next day for our flight to Invercargill . One of the staff , could have been the manager , helped us get our luggage onto the shuttle . All staff we met were very pleasant and helpful .

So glad we stayed here!

Had a wonderful two night stay at the Commodore Hotel. The hotel is nestled on a tree-lined suburb near a huge park and not far from the airport. The customer service is outstanding and the restaurant stays open late and serves the most extensive menu that I’ve ever seen in a hotel at that hour. Gym, pool and sauna are a welcomed treat for any weary traveler.
