The facility was clean & roomy & everything needed was provided. There was parking very close to the building in a well-lit parking lot. My husband took advantage of the fitness room. We did not get back to our room each night until 10:30 so the fact that it was available 24 hours was a big plus! The complimentary breakfast was good & offered lots of options. The only thing I didn’t care for was the pocket door in the bathroom but that was a minor inconvenience.

Second time I stayed here. For the most part, a pretty good place to stay. Both times I have stayed in different rooms. Both needed the usb port fixed by the bed. This time, the sink faucet was loose. It worked. But I think maintenance needs to do a more thorough walk through more frequently in the rooms. Also, would like to have the same pillow options as in other hotels. The ones that are here are really soft. There are no other options. Staff was friendly and great!! Besides maintaining the rooms a bit better and the pillow options, I would recommend this place. Great location!!

Issues, but staff was great

Housekeeping only came once in 11 days. Had to call every time I needed something. Not a huge deal to us, but could be for others. Most dishes were dirty (but put away), and shampoo/conditioner was empty when we arrived. Shower door wouldn't open and bathroom door handle broken. All these things were addressed quickly, though. The staff was very kind and willing to help immediately. Definitely made up for the issues.
