We must have had transient guests in the room next to us who are up till 2:45 in the morning and it sounded like they were slamming doors slamming cabinets at one point it sounded like they were removing flooring and removing the toilet from the bathroom. They were loud and disruptive and a lot of banging. I called the front desk for different locations about the noise and the phone rang four to five times and then just stopped ringing each time. Upon discussing this with the front office in the morning they told me I should have called I told them I did and they just said we're sorry.

I wanted a place to stay near Kings Island as I was meeting friends there. Upon check in, the desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but fine for 1 or 2 people. It was clean, and the bathroom was clean too. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, the AC unit was relatively quiet. Everything around the property seemed well maintained. There were many restaurant options around and it was a 5 minute drive to the park, just across the expressway. Price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.

Overall Good

Overall, it was a good stay. The bed was clean and comfortable. I didn't feel at all uncomfortable in it. The bathroom, however, was a different story. The back of the toilet, behind the seat, was despicable. It hadn't been cleaned in forever. There was all kinds of hair throughout the bathroom. I didn't feel comfortable in there. The staff was very nice.
