Villa S'Estudio is a villa of new construction, completed approximately in 2009 and located in the urbanization of Ciutadella Son Blanc. As well as the environment nice and quiet most of your neighbors live there all year, vehicle traffic in the area is very small, no noise or disturbance. The situation of the house allows good sea views from its terrace.
