Mixed Bag

The staff were great. If the review was on them alone, I'd say the hotel is excellent. They were all polite, helpful, willing to answer any questions; just overall great. The room was clean. No questions about that. Same goes for the whole building. I also appreciate that they charge significantly less for parking than other hotels in the area. A few things stood out though. The water pressure in the shower and sink was very weak. Not much more than a trickle. The hot water also took a few minutes to kick in. The water stayed hot when it did though. The heater was also very noisy. It woke me up every time it went on, so I had to run the heat a little higher before I went to bed so the room would stay warm with it off overnight. Not the worst things in the world, definitely didn't ruin my stay, but the building could use a little love to be at the same level as the staff.

It is clean and the beds are super comfortable. You can tell it is a very old hotel but it has been kept up well. The only bad thing is that it is the same breakfast everyday. There is no variety it’s scrambled eggs, sausage and or bacon then bagels and such and waffles. That is the only complaint I have. The staff have been amazing.

Our room was dirty and there was stains on all the sheets along with weird green felt. The halls and elevator smelled like weed.

Great place for the price. Breakfast was also a plus: consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, waffle maker for waffles, small pastries, yogurts, coffee, OJ/AJ. Room was comfortable, the wall with the connecting room was thin so we could hear everything, but other than that cozy place with everything nearby.

Location is great but everything else is "okay"

Not a bad place to stay. Its a convenient location. Only downsides are the elevator was broken so one elevator for the entire hotel meant long wait times. Could have been a little cleaner and needs updated fixtures. There were no usb ports for phone charging. Other hotels have been modernized and have usb ports.
