The property is falling apart, especially the room. Paint peeling, mold on a window unit air conditioner, replacement shower head that barely works, carpet worn, stained, and frayed.

When I checked in, the staff member helping me was making jokes while I was trying to ask a few serious questions, which came across as unprofessional and honestly a bit uncomfortable. When we got to our room, it had a very strong smell of smoke — even the bath towels absorbed it. I reported the issue to the front desk, and while they did offer to move us to another room, we had already unpacked and decided to stay put and spend as little time as possible in the room. Maybe I just missed this but the daily parking charge I was surprised with upon checking in. Positive feedback the other staff members were very polite.

There was a roblem with elevators. When the front desk was informed, they didn't seem concerned at all. The rooms (although small) were very clean, nicely furnished, with quality linens.

We were not given the room type we chose. We called early twice to check if we could check in an hour early so as to get a nap in. We were told yes our room would be ready (it was a Tuesday). Got there and should no only a different room available. It was supposed to be an accessible room and was NOT! Bathroom was difficult to move in; tub difficult to get in and out of! Dangerous!
