Must stay if going to Cleveland!

Fantastic stay! Front desk staff, maintenance guys, super friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the stadium. Food was great. Room was clean and spacious.

Good but Teachers Lounge Poor

The after hours food restaurant (Teachers Lounge) had very slow service. We were told 15 minutes for our pizza, and it took almost an hour and a half. They weren’t very helpful either other than saying sorry, we are busy. Also, once we received the pizza and made our way to our room, we opened the box to find an uncut pizza. We had to rip it apart to divide it up.

Wonderful staff & location

The staff were absolutely WONDERFUL!! The front desk staff were always cheerful and helpful. The valet men were super friendly and fast. The cleaning staff were great too!! We had a great experience!!

What I love about the property is that customer service is excellent. No matter if I forgot my key multiple times, the front desk staff always responded the same way, "No problem." What I enjoyed the most was the free breakfast and dinner offered every day; along with free popcorn and soft drinks throughout the day. This is my fav spot when in Cleveland.

The property is very pretty! The rooms are nice and very big, but the hotel could maybe get rid of the carpeting. They offer a pretty descent hot breakfast as well as free dinner in the evening. We were able to walk to the casino in about 10 minutes and Browns stadium in 15 minutes.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us with a event at Huntington Field. The breakfast and evening reception was a really nice touch. We were however super upset, we chose valet parking while we were there and upon receiving our car back someone had went through it. We had a few dollars in the middle console we keep for tolls etc that was obviously taken. Thankfully nothing too valuable was left in the car, but everything from the center console was thrown in the passenger seat when they gave it back to us. We mentioned something to the attendant there and he didn't seem to care that much. He wrote down our valet ticket number and moved on. It's a little frustrating to pay $40 a day ($80 total for the 2 days) for parking and then to have that happen.

Beautiful hotel close to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s great they provide a good breakfast (they also provide food for dinner) because there are not a lot of dining options in the era, even if the Starbucks/Dunkin variety. Friendly staff and great bar in hotel.
