All staff were extremely courteous and helpful especially the front desk. The facility and room was very clean. Wish we had more time to explore Cleveland. If we ever come back your hotel would be our first choice.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was quiet, clean and modern. The staff was wonderful! We booked a room for one night and decided to stay an additional night...they were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional. There were many choices and the breakfast was different each day, which was nice. We will stay here again when we are in the area! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My room.waa very nice and clean but my bed needed a new matthress it was done, not conformable and breakfast was good but NOT HOT! coffee watered diwn and juices. Clean, comfortable, spacious room

Check in was super easy and the clerk was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Water pressure and temperature of the shower was excellent! There were lots of choices for a hot breakfast from waffles, to oatmeal to eggs, all fresh. Cold cereal and fruit also available. We had a 3 night stay and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
