No EV charger but very quiet

Great little hotel, also shared with a local hospital and functioned as the sleep clinic so it was really quiet at night. My only disappointment was that there was no electric car charger, but that's hotel.com's fault, not the facility's.

Friendly Staff

The customer service representatives were very kind and helpful. However, I had to park around the back of the building, and none of the doors in the back would open with my key card. I had to lug all of my luggage around the front of the building to get in. When I got to my room, the building door demagnetized my key card, and I couldn’t get into my room. When I called the front desk from my cell phone, the woman was kind and brought me a new key. When I got into the room, the curtains in the room were torn and the heat wasn’t working properly. It would not turn up past 66 degrees even though I set it to 71. Although the conditions weren’t ideal, the price was affordable.

You won’t get the room you choose

This is the second time they pulled a bait and switch on me . The room that you choose on the website is NOT what they give you . The room showed a nice kitchen and sitting area and said had a fireplace and those are in the front two story rooms but twice they stuck me in the old dirty ugly back brick one story wing . Absolutely NOT the room that you choose . They just give you the cheaper room Even if you pay for the upgraded room. Also kitchen has absolutely no dishes or silverware . Not even a cup for the coffee . Heat wasn’t working right . Bad condition bathroom .

Disgusting

Room was filthy -truly looked like no cleaning was done between guests Hair on floor -counters -dressers My guess was they straighted the bed and called it a day I have never stayed in a more disgusting place and will not stay in that chain again When I left I packed all my stuff that had contact w/ the room -tied in a plastic bag and used a laundry mat to launder my things

Paid for 3 nights, after returning the first day I entered the room to discover the room cleaned, all my possessions gone. At first was told I was transferred to another room, that room was dirty and my possessions weren't there. Then was told no rooms are available. After the night clerk had a long discussion with someone on the phone I was given another room. While I was evaluating this next room the night clerk called and told me to come and get my possessions, no apology, no explanation. When I asked for the stuff I had in the refrigerator she did not know anything about it or where is was.
