Staff was unfriendly, there was no accessible access to my room, there was a pile of wet dirty laundry outside of my door for two days, people in the lobby were complaining about rodents and having no air conditioning...seriously. I'm not making this up. Also, seems like there were several people living there due to having been pushed into homelessness.

Worse property I’ve ever seen. Toilet leaked with water on the floor, actual dirt (soil) on the floor through out the room, carpet smelled of mold. Refused to sleep there and was told we could not get another room. Room was not refunded since we signed an agreement upon arrival (before we could even see the room!) This hotel should be investigated.

Horrible customer service and the room in the pictures look great but they were not in person at all and they was a very heavy musty, Smokey smell. There were also burn marks in the carpet for our “non smokers room”. I would not recommend for this for anyone except my enemies.

Never, ever again

BEWARE: If you’re wondering why this extended stay hotel is relatively inexpensive, there’s a reason for that. I arrived after midnight, because my flight was delayed. Upon entering the lobby, no one was there. It took over 20 minutes of ringing the doorbell, calling the front desk phone when I’m literally standing in front of it to get somebody’s attention, and THEN, calling Sonesta’s 1-800 number to get someone to the lobby, who finally did. The rather rude man who checked me in never apologized, nor directed me to where my room was at until I asked him where it was. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. There was paint coming off the wall, stains all over the carpet, no cups or dishware, the WiFi was hit or miss (mostly miss). The only reason I didn’t circle back around to the front desk was I didn’t have the patience to wait again for the same man to answer my concerns. I hated my experience here enough that I left a day earlier and went elsewhere.

Despite the room having the typical elements for an extended stay (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink, etc.), there were no dishes, cups, glasses, or cutlery. Not even plastic cups in the bathroom. Nothing. Like they expected guests to drink coffee or water with their hands. Frankly, I figured it was an error and that they simply forgot to stock my room. However, when I mentioned the lack of these basic items items to the front desk and asked whether this was just an error exclusive to my room, they acknowledged that it was the same in all rooms and that it was a common complaint. So, either pack your own cups and plates or stay somewhere else.
