The Westin is always a great stay but parking is very expensive around $50/night but there are other garages and lots you can pay for a lot cheaper. We found a surface lot that charged $13 for two days and was a 5 minute walk from the hotel

Spontaneous Cleveland Adventure

We took a quick trip from Pittsburgh to Cleveland to see the Rock n Roll HOF and the Football HOF in Canton. Staying at the Westin was very convenient. The gentleman working the front desk was amazing! He was very kind and very professional. He spoke to us about our visits to both HOFs and wished us luck with our football season (Go Steelers!) We gave him our condolences for having Kenny Pickett on his team 😉. Our room was very spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was also very pleasant. We ate dinner at the Winking Lizard which was conveniently connected to the hotel. The weather was cold and wet so we appreciated not having to go out into it. The self pay parking garage was also very convenient. Overall we'd definitely stay here again!

When I exited the elevator after checking was hit by an off putting odor, almost like a burnt electrical cord. I reported it, but nothing was done during my two night stay. Other guests commented on the odor, I’m not sure if they also reported it. Housekeeping for my room was nonexistent. The room itself was dark. It has lots of lamps which put out little light. Probably not a good idea to paint the walls such a dark shade of blue. The valets and luggage handlers were warm and friendly. Front desk staff perfunctory. The only reason I would ever recommend this hotel is location, walking distance from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and other downtown attractions.
