Wish they had refreshed the bed linens

For the moat part fine. Your doors alam shut with a lot of force making for a loud environment, especially if there are unruly guests nearby. Makes it difficult to sleep. I also intentionally left my room open for cleaning service anticipating a linen change, unfortunately the cleaning crew came in and just made up a dirty bed without changing linens.

liked the view of the city and the friendly atmosphere, the suite we got was really nice. i’m from out of town, and my boyfriend is from here and he also liked how much space there was for me and him. definitely will be returning!

Stayed in Cleveland for a one night stay at the downtown Westin. Very clean property with a very cozy bar area that we enjoyed for dinner. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room could use some updates. A couple of the outlets didn’t work (the one closest to the coffee maker), and the room temp control was off; it didn’t hold the temp we set it to and there was no option to keep the fan running to block our hallway noise. It was a warm night in the room. We tried to call the desk for assist, but no one answered. Otherwise, the property was pleasant and extremely walkable!

Not a horrible place.

It wasn't bad overall. It wasn't great either. We requested a lake view room at check in and they gave that to us and waived upcharge. When we got to the room we found an obscene phrase carved and written on the wall. Since they waived the upcharge and we could cover it with a curtain we didn't request a new room. We notified the front desk and they asked me to email them a photo and gave me an email address that doesn't exist multiple times. Also there was a lamp broken in the room and the carpet was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. But the worst part was the constant yelling and smell of marijuana. The restaurant has great food. And even better service. And in the morning the porter was absolutely amazing with the guests and was almost to chipper for being that early in the am. And parking was ridiculously overpriced. Overall not a bad place to stay but would second guess if I brought my family again.

I had a slight inconvenience upon checking in late Friday night. The room I booked was oversold. The front desk staff that night was very friendly and helped accommodate me into a different room type that night. Expedia also helped and offered some compensation for the inconvenience which was very nice as well. In the morning, the front desk manager Joanne was there, and she offered and upgraded King Room that was better than what I had originally booked. Overall, I have had 2 great stays at the Westin in Cleveland!
