The initial young woman at check in was not friendly. However, the young woman a little later upon checking in was nice. The side mirror in the bathroom was off the hinges, light in shower did not work. Lady at check out was friendly. Gentleman helping with bags was friendly.

The staff was very friendly and very kind. However, for it being a westin hotel. I expected to be better maintained cleaner and rooms more updated. Expected for it being a Westin that it would be a higher caliber that is why we choose it
