Poor check-in process. I get that there is a priority line but when they only help priority line before even helping anyone from the general line, that is not a good process. Most people in the general line had to wait upwards of 30mins just to check in. Other than that, the stay was good.

I would’ve liked to have seen more amenities such as a drink station on the floor of the casino, where a person could help themselves to soda, water or coffee.. Cleanliness of the casino was very consistent

Security was all over the place. This establishment needs better communication for the sake of the guests. From the gaming all the way to safety of the guests belongings. This entire facility is ran off of what used to be great services. Now you can tell people who work there are old and lazy and have no motive to help their customers.
