When we arrived at the hotel, there were employees of the casino striking for wages and working conditions. We would not cross a picket line and went into Oakhurst to find other accommodations.

This was are first time there. The experience to check in was great the front staff was excellent in answering all my questions. We stayed in the old tower which as been completely remodeled very nice room with great view. The casino has great machine options to play and tables. Plus the food options was great. The olny con is we had a early checkout and we wanted breakfast and no places had food to 8am. But overall great experience would go again.

Attractive hotel/casino. The staff was very nice. I have to take off a star for the hotel. A motion activated night light in the nightstand malfunctioned and kept coming on all night. Also we stayed 2 nights and received no housekeeping at all and no notification at check in about this. We are well past Covid and most places are now providing full housekeeping. If not they let you know to request towels etc as needed. I called the front desk about these issues and you request towels the second day and got voice mail. No return call was ever received. This is unacceptable. Take your money then ignore you. Won't stay there again. I had to stuff pillows and blankets around the nightstand to block the light. I understand things malfunction but I've never stayed at a big hotel that didn't even respond to customer concerns or provide fresh towels on request.

I had a non smoking room in a non smoking tower still connected the other towers and the casino. Apparently they all share ventilation. My room still smelled of smoke. The room was large and updated. Loved it with the exception of the smell. The spa was comfortable and welcoming. Service at the Nativo restaurant was horrible. Everyone else was great.
