Let’s see, besides the rude check in experience… 1. non-working curtain machine for university view, which I purchased. Asked to switch, and could not. 2. Room was not ready upon arrival. 3. No room service. 4. No drinks in the fridge or vending - you’d have to go all the way downstairs to purchase and warm up microwavable food…AND you have to go all the way to the front desk and wait in line behind people checking in or some other issue. 5. Loud teenagers on my floor, about which nothing was satisfactorily done. 6. A/C didn’t effectively cool the room to the set temperature. 7. Somewhat dusty room. 8. Panel for light control stayed on the whole night. Need I say anything more about this stay that wasn’t at all worth the money I paid?

Room not ready at check in but made good on it.

Start of trip was challenging. Arrived after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait over an hour. They should have offered a drink coupon. I didn’t receive a text that the room was ready so stood in line again to check status. The couple next to me was offered an upgraded room. I then inquired for myself and they did offer a room on the executive level. That room was nice and it was nice to have access in the lounge.
