Well the room was decent. Could have used better pillows. It was safe enough to sleep in after my boyfriend double checked the sheets because there was a roach in the bathroom and I recorded a video just to be sure so we did not bring any bags in there and the clothes we had we put it in the microwave so nothing could crawl on them. I understand people also live there but I’m not sure we would come back

This was an extended stay hotel and it should have been labeled as one. On the site the picture was not clear that it was extended stay. People was working on their cars in the parking lot all night and it was noisy all night. This was terrible.

Everything was good; this was my first time staying here I've seen it a lot on the app and I love that they charge by week if you wanted to go that way and it's good to know there's a place that does so I will definitely be back soon.

Roaches, Rudeness, and Regret(And MORE ROACHES!)

If you enjoy being jolted awake by roaches crawling across your body, this is the place for you! If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff are dismissive and the manager is even worse—completely indifferent to your concerns—then by all means, book a room here. When I discovered roaches all over my belongings and asked to be moved to a different room, I was told every room has roaches. I requested help laundering my items and was informed they only offer coin-operated machines. When I explained I didn’t have coins, the front desk shrugged and said, “Oh well, that sucks.” If you’re into that kind of hospitality, this place will not disappoint.

I did not check in. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk said she could not check me in until after 11am. I had to be at a conference at 10:30am. It was a little after 8am when I arrived. I ended up staying at the Holiday Day Inn down the street. I need a refund.
