Room was very comfortable and huge for our family of 4. We stayed in XL comfort room. Very clean and service was friendly. We didnt have breakfast but the breakfast area looked lovely. There was complimentary mulled wine in the reception area which was a nice touch. Location is great, right by tram stop. It was about 30 mins walk to the cathedral xmas market and other markets were all about 15-20 mins if you prefer to walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops closeby. Had a fantastic weekend visiting all the xmas markets, the hotel was beautifully decorated and very xmassy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk guys was so helpful. Gave us a map and explained all places we could check out. Room was great. Clean and had good space for 4 adults. Also right at the tram stop which help us get around town.

The manager B.Peynor was very kind and looked after me very well despite an initial hiccup. I would advise no a/c in the single room I had. There is a fan. It is very convenient with the tram stops, supermarket and McDonald. Bring your body lotion as it is not provided.

Avoid!!

Available paid parking and spacious room. That’s all that’s good about this place. The rooms are musty and dank because there’s no circulation of air. I told the staff 3 times over 2 days that I wanted them to turn on the fan on the in room a/c unit and each time they came in, looked at it and said they didn’t know how to turn it on but would tell maintenance/housekeeping to do it. There was some attitude each time. Each time nothing happens. We had 2 very uncomfortable nights. There is also only 1 pillow per person which is insufficient. No fridge, no safe, and signs that say you will be fined if you bring hot food into the room.

Conveniently located near Barbarossa Platz tram lines. 4 stop from the Central Station. Room was compact but modern and well appointed. Funky abd pleasant lobby. I was able to park my bike in the secured garage.

Third stay in a row within a month, and satisfied. The only little thing I have to mention this time is that the sink in the bathroom was super tiny. I never had this issue with the other rooms I have stayed on before. Other than that, everything was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
