Me and my family stayed at this property for two days and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. On the first day, I noticed that the hot water was not functioning in the shower and reported it to your staff. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and we had to use cold water throughout our stay. Additionally, while the complimentary breakfast was appreciated, the variety of food options was very limited, and the lack of seating made it challenging to enjoy the meal comfortably. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests, as they significantly impacted our stay.

2nd time i chooses same room with jetted tub, 3 years, no change, more dirter, The price was way higher despite off season, Only 3, 4 cars in whole lots on the weekend, the front desk person was not really friendly, on my ass about going and find my plate number and had to recharge my card twice, forgot to charge me for 3rd party parking fee, not a welcome i expect, ill not recommend this motel again,

It is centrally located in Manitou Springs. It has beautiful views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.
