We checked in and got to our room and unpacked. About 25 minutes later the person from front desk came up and told us she gave us the wrong room and we had to move. When we got to the new room it smelled like cologne which we speculated someone else was given that room before us and told to switch to another room as well. The room had potential but unfortunately it was dirty as was the hallway.

Window in the room off the track, wouldn’t close all the way tight after I put it back on the track and wouldn’t lock. No proper curtains on the window and outdoor noise made it difficult to sleep because of the window. So bad I could follow conversations in the parking lot and they weren’t even loud.

When we arrived we tried to extend the tv from the wall. It came off the mount. We reported it to the front desk. The following day they charged me an additional $175 due to the Tv issue. The tv still worked. We set it on the floor so it didn’t fall over and break. I asked 3-4 times about refunds. Was told would be refunded at checkout. Have yet to be refunded the $100 damage deposit or the $175 for the issue. Still awaiting call from the manager. Was also never notified of the $175 charge. Was never contacted they just took it out because they said house keeping was the one who reported the issue.

While staying at this property the man in the room next to me was beat to death. I had to call the police. The front desk did nothing. This man was unalived and I heard everything. Did not sleep. The manager was a rude lady that demanded I leave the room by 11am to check out when I did not sleep bcuz the police were kicking n the neighbors door. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE AMD NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

Fire alarm went off and found out it was a regular thing every other night. Our key cards stopped working which is also something common. The phone line to the main desk was busy and they couldn’t tell me why.

The staff were really nice and showed great hospitality. Overall a good stay for us but my only complaint is the beds (hard mattress) which mad it hard for a good nights sleep.

Hotel did not feel safe! Parties going on all around us until all hours of the night. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Room didn't have linens for the pull out couch when it was specified that 3 people would be in room. Breakfast was not stocked early in am. Very disappointed especially since we've stayed there in the past and it's been nice. Completely going downhill! Definitely in need of security to maintain safety and noise ordinance throughout the building.

Room was not ready when we got there at 3:30. That’s 30 minutes after check in time. We were initially given a room key to a room that wasn’t cleaned yet and told to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were told that there was a room ready for us, but it was a different room. Then had to wait about 15 more minutes for them to switch everything over. SMH.
