Firstly, our flight into Malaga was delayed which meant we arrived at the property around 11:30 - the driver we arranged got us lost (not the property owners fault) sadly our minibus couldn’t take us directly to the property as the hill to the property was so steep *not mentioned in the advert*
We had two over 70’s and 4 children between the age of 6 months and 9 years - if we had known the property was so hard to access we wouldn’t have booked.
The pool side is tired and needs some tlc - 3 of the children cut either a finger or toe on missing tiles on the steps into the pool. There is a rather large, and quite scary crack along the tiles which again multiple guests hurt themselves on.
The highchair provided had broken straps - so much so it couldn’t be used safely.
The fridge was dreadful - we purchased enough shopping for 10 guests and once loaded it stopped working completely. Jose came to the property with a replacement which was very kind however, he then proceeded to patronisingly tell us we had loaded it wrong… amazingly.
The oven tripped the electrics - again we were patronisingly told we were using it wrong… I can assure you with 6 adults attending we all agreed this wasn’t the case - no where in the welcome pack or notes did it explain how to “use it” in the “correct” way.
We arrived to no toilet paper and a note saying you’re not allowed to flush it. I understand the drainage system in place would struggle but again.. there was zero mention of this in the description.
When approaching Vrbo regarding these issues, they weren’t prepared to help us and pointed us in the direction of the property management, they were rude and suggested we made these FACTS up.
I suggest you really consider before booking this property and any other managed by these people.
Personally I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS
