If you would like to explore the south of Spain and enjoy the gastronomy of the area, this house is ideal for you. The property has a private terrace and roof terrace ideal for you to enjoy with your companions or to extend your evenings watching the sunset.
Located on a first floor without lift, the living room is equipped with Smart TV and you can access directly to the terrace to enjoy a delicious breakfast or relax after a long day of sightseeing in the area. The gas cooker has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. There is also a washing machine and iron. When it's time to sleep there are two bedrooms with a double bed each. The house has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living room. There is also a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
It is located in Conil de la Frontera, a picturesque and charming coastal town with a rich history and a relaxed atmosphere. The historic centre retains its traditional Andalusian charm and boasts an unbeatable gastronomy, famous for its fresh fish and seafood, a lively nightlife. Just 550 metres away you will find the beach of Los Bateles ideal for a dip in the sea or a quiet stroll on summer evenings. For hiking lovers you can also go to the Natural Park of La Breña y las Marismas de Barbate, where you can enjoy nature.
