I was made aware within 5 minutes of being there some organization rents this hotel for their homeless clients. The smell of people cooking their supper wasn't the worst part. The worst part was getting up to our room and noticing it was already occupied. That was uncomfortable. Then on to room 2. The key didn't work. Then room 3.I was with my spouse and terrified all night that someone was going to walk into our room....... like we did someone elses.

The Manager is 100% unresponsive. No one at the desk ESPECIALLY at night! They did not have working phones to contact the property! Electrical room door stays WIDE OPEN in the pool area, you can just walk in & mess with everything!! Breakfast was cold & crap. The building is falling apart. The toilets don't flush properly. No working handicap pool chair AS ADVERTISED!! It just plainly stinks.
