Missed 2 day check in on friday due to car issues, called and was told no worries check in tmrw, but arrived and entire reservation was cancelled. Front desk girl needs training, huffed and puffed at every computer issue, also a friend of mine stayed and her card info was stolen and used so had to be an employee.

Very smooth check in. Concierge gave us all the details about the bar and breakfast. Manager greeted and asked about our stay at check out. Hotel and room smelled so nice. Very friendly staff & great bartender who made a requested drink for me.

All the staff I encounter were all nice and helpful. At the time of check in the computer was having problems so I had to log on the your web site and make a reservation. The lobby was clean and so was the room. The Bed was older but clean and so what comfortable it was broke down but it was ok for one night. I had done a job and was very sweaty I couldn't wait to take a shower when I was it the shower there was no soap in the body wash container. I was happy to see the little bar of hand soap on the counter. The breakfast was the worst breakfast ever the eggs were over cooked and dried out the biscuits were hard and dried out the gravy was like water. So I was going to get a begle and they were stale it was like last weeks food Gross and no fruit.

It was a nice experience. The breakfast was fresh daily, and the entire property was well-kept and clean. My only complaints were that the beds seemed smaller than at other hotels I’ve stayed in, and the room lighting was quite dim with only two lamps working. Additionally, the bathroom fan didn’t function, which made the space feel a bit muggy after showers. Other than those small issues, the stay was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
