I was charged $15 a night for a room I had not checked into yet then charge early check-in fees for it and wasn't checked into it yet because I wanted a smoking room instead of a smoking room. And we could not get our money back because it was non-refundable

"Breakfast consist of bagel no cream cheese for bagels only jelly and butter thats it people & toast, ONLY Apple juice, coffee, no milk no orange juice ,apples, grape tomatos for breakfast 🤔🤔🤔. Asked front receptionist what fun stuff can be done around the area said he didnt know🤔🤔 . Key wouldnt open our room had continuous issues with that. Took like 10 min to open. Location wise excelent quiet no one came to bother us. but overall dont think ill return. Was clean but service dont think it was the best.

It was really uncalled for, I asked for a 1 hour to leave. Which is a late check out. They charged us 25.00. I’m disabled then the elevator s did not work. The ice machine did not work! We will never stay there again. When it was la Quinta it was never like this…..!!!!!

Sheets were not washed or changed before my checkin, dead roach, soiled toilet was not cleaned. The manager's excuse was that I was given a room that had not been serviced in error yet the bed was made and pillows straightened. The sheets are conveniently black to conceal or camouflage the fact they aren't washed or changed for new guests. See the pics if you have the stomach. I asked for an immediate refund but the manager refused bc I booked thru a "third party". When I showed him the pics of the sheets, he asked me weekday that was??? The most disgusting place ever. I paid double the price for an alternate hotel over the busy memorial day weekend due to the last minute booking. I paid twice for the same night's stay because I refused to stay in this nightmare. I'll be reporting this place to the local health department, BBB and Chamber of Commerce. This place should not be allowed to stay in business much less listed anywhere as a hotel.

Never Ever Again

Never again. Standard rooms are pictured with a fridge/microwave and they made us pay to upgrade. The $50 deposit was expected but then they wanted another $25 to check in early and they have a late check in time in the first place. The pool was green. There were dead roaches in the room and the tub drain was so slow that we had to stand in our own shower water with a shower wand held together with tape. The overall housekeeping is obviously lacking. They offer “breakfast” but then don’t put anything out. They require customers to come to the front desk and ask for food from the back. We were told it was due to flies but if the place were cleaner and better kept I don’t think it would have been an issue. It seems more lazy than anything else. I’d rather pay another $20-$30 to head down the road to Super 8/Baymont where they include everything, it’s much cleaner, and they include a real breakfast. Don’t waste your money here.

Visibly not clean

There was mold in the first room on the wall behind the restroom door visibly growing. The next room moved to had dirty moldy sheets on the bed. Asked for more blankets and towels. They only brang two small towels. Me and my family left to avoid getting sick at this hotel. You can tell they did not clean there rooms properly or at all. We did not stay here.

we had multiple problems with the manger didn’t even get a room for the days i wanted, had to pay for a room we didn’t even get and they said they couldn’t give us a refund that we had to just buy another room, and our room had mold on the chairs there but a bug in the corner the bed was made with the sheets inside out bathroom was small and pole was kinda broken there was also mold on the mirror near the restroom there wasn’t no hot tub no free breakfast the website shows everything a lot differently then what we expected, WOULDNT RECOMMEND!

I would not recommend to stay here. Our room smelled, there were food leftovers behind the mattress, there was algae in the pool, and breakfast was nothing but old bread that seemed to have been there for a few days at least. I had made my reservation for three nights but I ended checking out after only one night, even though I knew I wasn’t going to get any refund back. That’s how terrible it was!

Not so bueno

The room had a putrid odor the bathroom was disgustingly filthy it had poop stains all over the wall by the toilet paper and the door jamb there was a black ring around the tub there was a cockroach in the bathroom area The microwave was filthy had not been clean The mattresses had mold and other unknown stains all over it there was black mold heading behind the curtains they did not serve breakfast on Sunday and on Saturday there was a bread option consisting of toast or bagels.

The rooms were decent if you don't mind dead bugs on the floor. There were not enough towels, which were very rough to the touch, in the room. The ice machine had been turned off because the homeless had been doing stuff too it. The swimming pool had very green water.
