Front desk gave us a handicap room. We are not handicap. Told us they were gonna give us another room then refused to do it. Then they did not give us a receipt when we checked out this morning. It was the worst experience by a hotel staff Ive ever encountered in 40 years of traveling. I am going to contact corporate headquarters and share my experience !

Stayed a couple nights at this property, prior to the business portion of my trip. Location was convenient to the airport, and a short drive into Cincinnati. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Hotel was quiet. Bathtub could use replacing. Looked like it had been painted and didn’t hold up well. But, I didn’t sit in the tub, just showered, so not a big deal. Would stay here again.

The hotel staff, condition, in bed we're all good. However the breakfast was undercooked and barely edible. The eggs were way under cooked, the sausage was over cooked and cold, and the decaf coffee had way too many grounds in the cup. We did not eat breakfast the second day.
