We were without hot water for the entire 4 night stay. Alerted the clerk immediately and was told they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Next day no hot water and was told the hotel was totally booked so they could not move me to another room. Management apologized and told me they would discount my stay which has not happened. Your hotel is in a great location as we were within a twenty minute drive from everywhere we needed to be. We are in the area frequently and this would have been a perfect fit but probably not now….Odd how most rooms had heat but some did not. I hope they make it right…

Upon arrival we were greeted, and handed our room key. Once in the room it had a wet odor to it smell to it. Went to the closest walmart to buy a few items to stock the fridge and have for our stay there, and air freshener. The mini fridge was not working, so frozen foids thawed out overnight. Once bed time rolled around we had not hot water this was an issue the hotel had for 2 days. To top it off, we had roaches come out of the bathroom outlet. Called front desk, manager said she cant do anything about it, all she would do was send someone up to clean the bathroom and spray it. NEVER booking here again

One Sweet Suite!

This was a wonderful suite, clean, well furnished. The hotel was kept spotless. The staff was polite, cordial and helpful. ESPECIALLY Danyale (I believe I spelled her name correctly.) She was so kind, authentic, and adorable. Having not been in the Dallas area for almost 50 years, her recommendations were most appreciated.

Freezing cold showers

My family and i stayed for 3 nights and everyday we had to take cold showers because of issues with the water heaters. An issue that has apparently been going on for some time. All employees had a different excuse as to why it didnt work.

The hotel was mediocre at best. It provided a roof over our heads during our trip. The staff was friendly for the most part. The rooms are advertised as sound proof, complete lies! I could hear conversations clearly in the hallway from other rooms. We had to move rooms after the first night because there were children above us running. Our last night there, there was no hot water & still was none when we checked out. We inquired & were told it was property wide. So we didn’t even get hot showers. With the breakfast, I found small black bugs in the cereal. I did let someone know as a courtesy & not as a complaint. The manager immediately said “there are no bugs here” until I showed him the 2 I found in my food then he changed to “Well it’s getting hot outside”. I didn’t even want to complain initially. I just wanted him to be aware so they could throw it out. Overall, I would NOT recommend. The part about it was that it was close to six flags.

There was a lot to like abt this property. The hotel was tucked away in an industrial part of GP, and not near the street at all. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely recommend this this nice hotel :)

The staff was very friendly. The overall enviroment / atmosphere was calming & peaceful. My king suite was clean & comfortable. The shower has safety bars as well if needed. Good location if wanting to go in the city of Dallas & Fort Worth. Also easy access to multiple eating shopping place in Grand Praire of Route 20 & in Arlington.

This property is tucked away but near to Six Flags, ATT Stadium, and Globe Life Stadium. The room was clean, well maintained, and spacious. The staff member at checkin was very accommodating for an early checkin and helpful w recommendations. Restaurants are a short drive down the highway, close by DFW standards. The hot breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles to make yourself, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and fruit with coffee, milk and juice. Small variety but plentiful. We enjoyed our stay, and the baseball games.
