This property is older and in need of a major renovation.
The A/C struggles to maintain 70° with the outside temperature of 80°.
We stayed in Unit 711 and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. Walking barefooted would have your feet black within 30 minutes.
We had a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit and each Bathroom only had 1 set of towels. We went to the front desk for more however they only had enough for two more sets. That doesn’t work well when you have 2 bedrooms and 4 people and everybody is showering each night.
One of the toilets had blood on the outside, around the bowl.
The Den furniture is worn and uncomfortable.
There are 3 levels with no elevator. Make certain that you can traverse 2-3 sets of stairs should you find yourself with a room on the second or third level.
At one time this Hotel was nice, but it is simply old. It appears that most of the guests are temporary worker/contractors that stay weekly.
It’s a cheap nightly rate but the price reflects the condition of the property.
