The air in the room barely worked, the lady said someone would come but no one did. I asked for some more wash clothes and they said they “sold out. Room door didn’t even lock when you turned the lock.

Terrible room condition. Terrible smell. Must have had water damage in carpet. Unethical to even offer room in first place. Had to leave for another hotel the smell was so bad. Moldy musty swampy stank. Need to change carpets or deep clean asap. Send a health inspector.
