Their excuse was, it’s Light cleaning versus deep cleaning. Which needs to be requested. How about just…Clean the room! I’ve never heard of this before and I’ve never encountered this. Bathroom sink, not cleaned daily. Kitchen area not cleaned daily. Room not vacuumed even though note left in room and request made to manager who assured personnel attention.

We booked the suite and upon arriving to the room we noticed one cushion of the couch was sunken in. It was because the sleeper sofa was broken which we had intended to use. We asked to moved to another room but we were told no because they were sold out. So we had to go purchase a blow up bed. We were provided 3 towels for a room that sleeps 6 and no additional towels were available at that time. We don’t finally receive additional towels until the end of the 2nd after our 3rd request. The TV in the living room wouldn’t turn on and the phone in the room didn’t work. Food for breakfast was subpar and there was very limited seating so we had to take the food up to the room. Would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel
