The staff was friendly, the price point was good. The place is clean, and quiet. However, the room we were in had several issues. 1) The headboard of the bed and the seat of one of the chairs had its upholstery covering coming apart which sheds small pieces of fake leather. (Pillow had them all over it). 2) The bathroom had no working exhaust fan for use during the shower. During a shower the water temp plummeted like you would have if you ran out of hot water. 3)The vending on our floor was 'broken' and has no ice machine.(asked and was told only floor 2 had either, and we were floor 4). 4) Our keycards twice stopped working and required to be reprogrammed to work. I feel like this place might be in transition to something different like updated or renovation, but it was at best okay.

For the price it’s okay but you had the kitchen staff cleaning and eating the food, I tried washing my hands in the restroom by the kitchen and there was no soap in either women’s or men’s restroom. The light switches and outlets in the room where black. Check in was easy. Beds where okay.

I stayed for five days while attending the Dayton Hamfest. Since most of my time was spent at the event, I primarily used the hotel for sleeping and showering. The included breakfast was reasonable, though not all items were available on time, and there were occasional delays in food service. The location is convenient, near highway exits, and offers easy access to various destinations—provided you have a car.

This hotel is affordable, decently clean and the staff was very polite. On our last morning there, there were, very obviously, junkies at breakfast. Not sure if the hotel has a contract to provide emergency housing, but this was not the vibe we look for. Not a place I'd pick to stay with kids. Disappointing.
