Hotel is bright and colorful. Great lobby area with activities and games and room for a lot of people. Room was a little small but for a night or two was fine. Smart tv was nice.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was great. Gym area was very clean, rooms were clean and everything seemed to be very took care of. Want to say thank you to Agnus, we had some troubles at first getting checked in but she got it resolved very quickly. The 3 days we stayed there she made it feel like home.

Was ok until a group of people flooded the lobby and had the trash cans over flowing with beer cans. Beer cans were everywhere and children were running around throughout the hotel yelling, even on the 4th floor where we stayed. It was NOT the pleasant, peaceful place we had hoped for. Staff did nothing to quiet the kids down and stop them from running in the halls. Very disappointed in the stay here.

The room was clean. The breakfast was kept up. Saturday night was chaotic because of the travel ball kids and the lobby was full because of the football game. The gentleman working the front desk ALONE was awesome! He was tentative to anyone that approached him with a smile! 10/10!!
