Approx. 1700 sq ft. of private home in quiet area all to yourself, on approx. 1.5 acre, property with large 75' X10' refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the NSB ocean temperature, due to insulated solar cover. (shared with 3 other guest homes) plenty of off street parking for recreational trucks with trailers, cars, boats, bikes. The Guest home has 4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1-1 Queen bed , Bedroom2-2 Twin beds, Bedroom 3- 2 Twin Beds,( 2nd floor) Bedroom 4 1-Queen Bed (2nd floor) , 1 fold out queen sofa bed, 1 Bathroom., 2 Bathroom with massage shower (2nd floor), Note: 2nd Floor Bedrooms & Bathroom are great for kids but has a lower ceiling height approx. 6' 4" & ceiling is angled with roof in a few places were (WARNING) tall guests may have to duck there head a little to navigate. Full Kitchen, Large Washer & Dryer, 3 Smart TV's connected to thousands of Internet channels, air antenna gets about 59 channels on 2 ,(Free 1 gb+ WiFi works great with the 4 Smart TV's). There is a large 75' X 10' screened/enclosed pool next door that is shared with 4 other private guest accommodations on the 1.5 acre property. • BEST WATER IN NSB….This home has a small faucet on kitchen sink that provides Reverse Osmosis Water Purification: You will be Drinking the healthiest water on Earth. Reducing all water toxins up to 99.99% of Lead, Chlorine, Fluoride, Nitrates, Calcium, Arsenic, and more. Its equal or better than any commercial bottled water sold. The rest of the water is provided by New Smyrna Beach City water department & is also tested safe for drinking. My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival.

The home itself met expectations. However, our stay was overshadowed by an issue with the host. On the first morning there, we were accused of having additional guests beyond our booking, which was not accurate. This accusation made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. While enforcing rules is understandable, it’s important to approach concerns with professionalism and verify facts before making claims. Once I pushed back, the host claimed to review the cameras again, and admitted he was wrong.

Awesome place for a family of 10

Everything was perfect. This house fit our needs to a tee. We were less than 5 miles from everything we came to New Smyrna Beach for. The pool was amazing. Recommend 100% and hope to be able to travel back again. We will definitely use this house.

Cute and cozy property with great parking for a trailer. We were overall pleased with our stay. However Upstairs is small with very low ceiling. Had to actually duck to get into one of the bedrooms. Would still recommend this place to friends

Not impressed.. be careful if you’re tall!

The location was close to stores but the neighborhood was a little sketchy. If we were all a group of women I wouldn’t have stayed. This definitely was not a 4 bedroom home the top 2 “bedrooms” did not have any privacy as you had to walk through the first sleeping area to get to the 2nd and then the 2nd area didn’t have a door. The upstairs bathroom well… if you are taller then 5’5 you had to duck so you wouldn’t bump your head in the shower. It also stunk like sewer and you could actually see outside light coming in from the shower walls! Also the ceiling was very low! The pictures showed this a lot over then it actually was. The cabinets in kitchen were dingy and doors were actually falling off. The couches were so broke in you felt like you’d sink in. Definitely will not go back.

Great location in New Smyrna Beach

This house is 3.5 miles from the beach and 3 miles from I-95 and .3 from grocery stores, restaurants and a large gas station, and only 1 street off from the main SR44. 2 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The furniture is a bit dated but functional. The kitchen had what we needed for a 6 week stay that included cooking meals. The upstairs is one big open area in a horseshoe shape with 2 sleeping areas. The ceiling and shower upstairs are low, which makes it best suited for kids. The beds are comfortable but things are not quite as updated up there, except for the digital thermometer shower with amazing water pressure (but you have to be 4'8" or less to be able to stand up in the shower). We had the 2 window AC units running every night up there in February. Overall, we were happy with the house. There was a maintenance issue early on and the property manager was responsive, and the owner made sure it was resolved to our satisfaction. There is an unheated pool that we didn't use since we were there in an unusually cold spell.

Great location, very friendly host. Property is outdated and has a stale smell, we purchased air fresheners. While you could tell the property had been cleaned the carpet needs to be replaced as we wore socks/shoes the whole time due to the ‘sticky’ feeling.

Great week of vacation.
