For a hotel that charges a resort fee -this is no resort. Just a way to increase costs to guests. The cafe in the hotel has trippled their prices making it expensive for what is offered. My guess is the new hotel owners have increased their rent. It was much better under the old owners. Staff is pleasant but unable to accommodate any deviation.

Excellent stay fabulous property

Very large and comfortable room. Located right on the ocean. If there was not a wind we could probably throw a rock from our balcony and hit the water. Very quiet and clean hotel. Nobody ever woke us up we never heard any noise other than the ocean. Keep in mind we were there during speed weeks and the Daytona 500. Convenient to the Speedway. Our room had stove oven microwave and refrigerator. Very reasonable price. If you demand Hilton type luxury this is not your hotel but if you want a clean comfortable quiet hotel located right on the beach this is the place you want to stay.

This hotel is ok, but I expected more for the price. The hotel is very dated and old so not great. If you are used to Hilton and Marriott, this one may not be for you. There was good parking and a nice view from the balcony.

We were underwhelmed. Granted it was race week, but we had higher expectations for cleaning, both in our room and common areas. We did not expect full cleans daily for the week we were there, but trash emptied and fresh linen would have been nice without asking. Hope they would also consider refresh/upgrades to include grab bars in the tub/shower.

Stayed 3 nights. Ocean view was amazing and is a must get! Hotel is basic and dated but clean. Location is good ONLY IF you have a car, if not there is literally nothing, I mean nothing within a 20 min walk. That gets to be a lot, for getting anything, especially that they are not licensed and cafe hours are very limited. These are a few details I wish I had known before booking here. Would probably stay somewhere else closer to pier if traveling this way again.

Roaches in the bathroom. The area is beautiful and the scenery is gorgeous but the floors were filthy and the bathroom had roaches. The hotel has so much potential but it’s so unfortunate that this was the case.
