Don't say you weren't warned.

Would not recommend, would not stay again. Arrived to a room that had been cleaned and was not in any form of cleanliness that you would expect when you first arrive. In the evenings, around 8 there was a hand written note with a number to call for service. Arrived back the following day around 3 PM to a room that had not been cleaned yet. The next day, the sausage was undercooked and there was no coffee for the guests, and there was no one at the counter or in the kitchen to say something too. This is the first hotel that I have ever stayed at that I lifted every cushion, pulled all of the sheets off of the bed, and flipped the mattress looking for bed bugs. Someone who was also staying in the hotel arrived to their room that had been "cleaned". There was no linens on the bed, the kitchen looked like there was burnt food baked to the wall, and trash still in room. The next room they were placed in, they decided to purchase their own air mattress for the pull out couch because the pull out was so disgusting.

There were a lot of stains on the furniture. The pillows were hard and lumpy and the sidewalks to the parking lot were icy and slippery. They weren't shoveled or salted and there was snow and freezing rain the night of my stay.

The property is very clean. As always very quiet Friday night however Saturday night the room above us was so loud my grandson was afraid. He woke up stating someone was going to fall through the floor. He stated that he was scared. Last night’s stay was very stressful. This has never happened to us before at the hotel.

Other than the room not being accurate with a photo online saying that it had a lock off door where I had a separate room with a couch and two TVs in the room that photo was completely inaccurate all the rules it is exact same wasn't bad but they just need to update their website they falsely advertising
