The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly — reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, and complimentary drinking water in the room, which was much appreciated. The service truly stood out. The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They arranged an airport pickup, allowed me to check in early after my arrival, and even helped organize a local SIM card, which made settling in incredibly easy. They clearly know how to welcome both foreigners and locals alike, making everyone feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight — a lovely setting to start the day. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and well-managed stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and I am overall very happy with this hotel. It's the best hotel I have stayed in that locality (trust me I have tried many). The room was very clean, but the linens could have been better. The bathroom had both hot and cold water, but the washbasin had a crooked faucet. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I was very happily surprised when they arranged to help me buy a new SIM card for me. Breakfast was extremely good, and they were very neatly arranged and taken care of whenever they needed attention (never had this good coffee in India recently). The only thing that really sucked was their WiFi in my room. It was slow and disconnected very frequently, and didn't improve even after complaining.
