They upgraded me to a double room for free! Also the whole checkin process such as having a separate luggage room and everything is a very smooth, digitized and modern experience. There are also really nice common areas to watch TV, play games, and nice resturaunts with discounts.

This was a great place to stay- the location was fantastic and check-in and check-out couldn't have been any easier. The room was spotless, and although small, it was perfect for our short stay. We really liked the fact that there was a kitchen area in the hotel which gave us options when it came to making something quick to eat. The amenities were good- all designed to make things as easy as possible. Will definitely stay here again.

glad to have laundry. Sign said closed at 9 pm but it wasn't, WHEW! There was no free breakfast, not in Oslo or Bergen, but more importantly, no in room coffee! Very convenient to train stations, that's the big draw.
