The location is very good and in center of Delhi. The guards are very friendly and helpful. Seems some cheap owner bought the property and trying to save every penny. The floor needs work, the carpet in Hallway smells very bad, some cleaning staffs seems smoke in the room/hallway while cleaning. The management staff in the inhouse restaurant is not much much helpful, I had to argue with them just to use a microwave.

We spent half of our stay waiting for the air conditioning in our room to be fixed. We finally moved to another room after midnight on our second of three nights. We requested a refund of one night and were flatly denied. I would not recommend staying at this very tired hotel.

The hotel was fine for one night. It is well located in the heart of where a tourist wants to be. The breakfast was fine and the wait staff very kind. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed updating along with the light fixtures. It was definitely more of a 3 star than a 4. And the young woman at the front desk asked me to give a review, which I agreed to. She asked for my phone to pull up the website and when she gave it back I saw that SHE had written a review! UNACCEPTABLE.

Wifi didn’t work at all! Customer service is terrible spent the whole day trying to fix with IT! I had to leave hotel to a cafe as their wifi never worked! They form of compensation was fruit platter at midnight! You should not look at the google reviews as they are bought! It is nowhere close to a 4 star hotel!

However, the staff wasn’t too helpful; I requested three times for an ironing board (on two different days) and it was never delivered to my room, despite my request being “written down”. WiFi would stop working at times.

Bed was unusually soft for India and thebpillows amazing. Room and fellow guests very quiet overall. Appreciated. Near metro and street vendors and Connaught place so lots of options nearby for food etc. Good wifi and helpful front desk.

Not bad value for Delhi

It's a nice hotel that shows its age. The rooms are a good size and comfortable enough. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The location was a short (10 min) walk to Connaught Place, where there are ample choices for eating.
